Effective July 2019


A security deposit of £150 against damages may be required and the minimum booking is 1 hour.

Please ensure that when making your booking you take into account time to set up and clear away as overruns will be charged for at £20 for the first half hour or part thereof and subsequent half hours or part thereof at £30.

All bookings will include the use of the kitchen, 23 trestle tables (182cm x76cm) and 130 blue chairs (W45cm x D58cm x H90cm). Additional charges apply for the use of glasses (£5.00), crockery and cutlery (£10.00), projector and screen (£10.00)

Weddings

The charge includes the use of the whole hall, kitchen, bar licence and canopy.

The booking starts at 6 pm - 10 pm on Friday, 9 am to midnight on Saturday and 8.30 am to 10.30 am on Sunday morning. If you require extra time on Friday this will be charged at £10 ph.

A deposit of £100 will be required at the time of booking the hall and then 3 months before the event, you will be invoiced to pay the outstanding amount of £450 plus the security deposit of £150.00.
